Oh Adele ...{sigh}

OH.MY.HANNAH!!!! Adele put on the most fabulous concert I've ever been to!! Seriously, I was in absolute heaven!!! The concert venue was the Gallivan Center... it has the capacity of 2500... so it wasn't too big. We got really good spots, and were pretty dang close to the stage!! It was fantastic!!
Adele's opening act was Wanda Jackson and the Dusty 45's!
This little lady was SO dang funny!!! She was absolutely adorable and had such a strong voice, especially for a 75 year old!!! Loved it!

{See all of that hair in the 2 pictures above?! Yeah, she was super cute - but super in my way too! HA! But don't you fret, we shifted before Miss Adele came on!}

We were so ready for Adele to come out! It was SO hot, and there were SO many people and we were squished like sardines, which made it even hotter!! But it was SO worth it!!

She came out looking like an absolute DIVA! Seriously, I just love her so much!

I've always loved her voice, and was a bit worried how she would be live... but honestly, it was probably better live than recorded! AHHHHH!!! She's is completely AMAZING!!!

She was absolutely hilarious! And was so much fun socializing with the crowd between songs! She was talking about how she just came from Las Vegas the night before and got her nails done while she was there "...I got them red, white and blue with little stars! I thought it was so cute last night, but now with this nice black dress they are looking pretty TACK-TASTIC!" HAHAHA!

My fave part was hearing all of her stories of where the inspiration for her songs came from! This lady has so much passion! I just loved watching her!

Another HILARIOUS story, at the end of her Rumor Has It {one of my FAVE's!} the last line is "...But rumor has it he's the one I'm leaving you for!" She had THE BEST stank face on and put her two middle fingers in the air! It was awesome!! She is such a doll!!! Seriously, I thought that I loved Adele before! But I can honestly say that I love her at least 10 times more!!! She more than made up for the postponing! :)

{Little Miss Emma Stone}

I went with my Mom, sisters, sister-in-law, Aunt & 2 girlfriends to see The Help last night! OH.MY.HANNAH! This movie is seriously SO DANG GOOD!!! I laughed so hard, and often - and I also bawled like a little baby! The book is incredible, and the movie did not disappoint! I absolutely LOVE Emma Stone. She is my current absolute FAVE actress! She was completely perfect in her role as Skeeter!

Seriously, Emma has been rocking it lately! I absolutely adored her in Crazy Stupid Love and her cameo in Friends with Benefits was HILARIOUS! I cannot wait to see her in The Amazing Spider-Man too! Oh HELLLLLOOOO Ryan and Emma! How cute are these two and why are they not dating?!

I first fell in love with Emma in Easy A... this is definitely one of my favorite movies! She was so dang funny in this movie and just totally cute!

I still need to see her in House Bunny... I've heard she is amazing in that too! Maybe that will be a project for this weekend :)

I've been loving how much she has been in the media lately - this girl has got some major style!! Here are a few of my faves: I absolutely love this green lace dress! With the leopard pumps?! So freaking cute!!

Love, love, LOVE this dress with the green pumps! I don't think just anyone could pull off the green pump, but she's totally rocking it!

Totally loving all of the LBD's! {Little Black Dress}. The polka dot one is my fave! But I'm madly in love with her red strapy heels in the middle! So adorable!

I think this is my most favorite dress of all time that she has worn - her hair, make-up, bronze - it's all simply perfection! Absolutely gorgeous!

This dress is a close second! She is just so chic!

She can rock the casual looks too... I'm loving the booties! So cute!

Probably one of the biggest reasons why I adore Miss Emma Stone so much? She reminds me SO much of my little sister Tracie!! Michael pointed this out to me after seeing Superbad, I can't believe I didn't see it sooner! They seriously look so much alike, their sense of humor is so similar and they both have such fun personalities! See for yourself, so much alike right?!

Oh Emma, how I love you! And someday I hope I have as many reasons to wear super cute dresses and heels as you do!

{Imma B SMILIN'}

I'm SMILING because we just booked our trip to DISNEYLAND for just a little over a month from now!!! I'm so freaking excited!! We are going with my entire family - which makes me SMILE even more!! I cannot even remember the last time we took a "vacation" as a family, besides Bear Lake of course :). I literally CANNOT WAIT!!!

I'm SMILING because I finally get to see Adele in concert THIS SUNDAY!!! YAY!!! I've been waiting for how long now?! And it's finally here! {...She just better not postpone again, or I might not be her friend anymore!!} AHHHHH!!! I'm SO excited for Sunday!!!

A story that makes me SMILE every single time I think about it?? The other day at work, I was going potty {#1, don't worry :)} when the owl from my favorite, adorable necklace fell in between my legs, into the toilet! I looked down and the poor little owl was staring right up at me! I started laughing SO hard! Even though I LOVED this necklace, I had to flush it down the toilet, since I had already done my business! I came out of the bathroom still laughing hysterically - and I told my boss and co-worker, Maria, what had happened - and they both said, "YOU FLUSHED IT DOWN?!?! Why didn't you try and save it!?" My boss then went into the girl's bathroom {with a hanger!!} to look in the toilet to see if he could save my owl! HAHAHAHA!! I was cracking up the entire time! I'm laughing right now just thinking about it! So long my precious owl!! I just hope it doesn't re-appear while someone else is doing their business!!! HAHA!!! {This one may be a little TMI! Sorry!}

And finally I SMILE because it has been 4 FREAKING WEEKS since I've gone shopping! And let me tell you, this is an accomplishment for little Mrs. Shop-a-holic! Seriously, I've been craving a little F21 action... but I can do this! Only 45 more days {UGH! It seems like SO far away! HAHA!!!} But this is a SMILE post - so I'm we will make that little negative sentence small :).

{Camping}

Michael and I decided we wanted a night just to ourselves, zero- BLACK{AKA-CRACK}BERRY's, FACEBOOK, BLOGS, LAUNDRY and any other responsibilities and distractions! So we headed about 2 hours away, and head 8,000 above sea level into the great outdoors!
My extremely attractive boyscout had a fire started in no time! {Check out those guns! YUM! :)} We went for a walk, ate the most delish tin foil dinner ever known to man, and sat by the fire just talking - it was FAB-U-LOUS!!

It was a little chilly that night, and not the best night's sleep... But seriously, the night away with nothing but my man was exactly what the doctor ordered!

{I SMILE Wednesday}

We had so much to SMILE about this week!!

First... we got a new ADORABLE nephew! Meet Benicio {aka: BEN}! Isn't he just the cutest?? Holli {Michael's sister} had him on August 3rd at 9:32pm! This sweet little guy definitely makes us SMILE!

Remember how it's been 3 WEEKS since I've shopped?! {AMAZING right?!} Well, Friday afternoon I had a little time to browse one of my favorite sites, Amazon... I was logged in as Michael, so I decided to make him a "Laura Wish List" just in case he need to buy me a surprise or something {aren't I so thoughtful??? :)} I told him I made him a list... 'just in case' and on Sunday afternoon my super-freaking-fantastic hubby says "I ordered you presents!! You'll be getting surprises all week!" Seriously, he really truly is THE BEST!!! {I really didn't think that he would buy them for me, at all, let alone 2 days later!! I know, I'm spoiled... I sure do love that man!!!}

Michael MOST DEFINITELY knows how to make me SMILE!!!
Here are the surprises he got me:

Bowling with my super cute nieces, nephew and sister Kathrin totally makes me SMILE!! These kiddos were hilarious to watch! It was so fun, and definitely entertaining!! {P.s. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of Kat!! Sorry!!}

Mine and Michael's new favorite treat makes me SMILE {who am I kidding, any kind of a treat make me SMILE}... But seriously, have you tried these yet?! AH-MAZE-ING!!! I got one for Michael and as he was eating it, he didn't believe me that it was only 150 calories - I finally had to just show him the box so he would believe me! Yeah, they are that freaking good!

{Movie Reviews}

There have been so many fantastic movies out lately! We have been going to the theatre at least once every weekend! {Call us boring, but those are our favorite dates! :)}.

HARRY POTTER

OH.MY.HANNAH! LOVED it!!! I went with my sisters, Kathrin and Tracie to the double showing at 9:00pm & midnight - and it was seriously so worth the 5 hours of sleep that night! Such a fabulous ending to an absolutely fabulous series! I'm ready to go back and watch all of them again, now that I know how it ends! {P.s. If you haven't read the HP Series, I would HIGHLY recommend it! I loved them all!!}

FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS

I absolutely LOVED this movie so, so much!! I laughed, I cried, and definitely wished I could be in a Flash Mob! And really, the chemistry that Mila & Justin had - absolutely PERFECT! I loved JT in this movie, I totally forgot about his N'Sync days! Such a fun flick, definitely recommend it!

CRAZY STUPID LOVE

I totally give Crazy Stupid Love 5 out of 4 stars! {HA!} This movie was ridiculously entertaining! I've absolutely adore Emma Stone, she is hilarious, so cute, and just so stinkin' fun! I loved Emma & Ryan's story line... Oh Helllllooooo Ryan! ;) Just a freaking fantastic movie!

CAPTAIN AMERICA

Captain America is probably my least favorite of the last few movies we've seen... but it was still pretty good! I think Michael definitely liked it more than I did, but I was still pretty entertained. This is so cliche', but I wish they would have done more with the love story! It was a little long for me, but Chris Evan's isn't awful to look at - so that was good ;).

{I SMILE WEDNESDAYS!!!}

This week's SMILES are all dedicated to our Nephews & Nieces! Michael and I are lucky to be an Aunt & Uncle to 7 adorable kiddos - with one more on the way!! From oldest to youngest, let me tell you why being an AUNTIE makes me SMILE:

VICTORIA is the oldest, she was my very first niece and it was totally love at first sight! This little {BIG} girl is seriously the sweetest! She always gives the best hugs!! She is such a little smarty pants, and is going to be drop dead gorgeous!! {Just like her mommy!} BRAYDEN came next and man is he a cutie!! When he was just a babe, he would give the most slobbery kisses, and I loved it! He is the best joke teller, and always has a story that makes me SMILE every single time! SAM was our next Nephew, and let me tell you - this kid has some spunk! {Just like his Aunt Laura ;)} He has the most amazing imagination! For example, he is never just Sam, he is either Mario {and he has the cutest hat to prove it!} or for a while he was Buzz, or a puppy... it really is the cutest! This super cute kid loves his PJ's - his momma will ask him to put on his clothes for the day, but he doesn't want to take off his PJ's, so he just puts his normal clothes right on top of his pajamas! HAHA! Such a smart cookie!

Speaking of spunk... this absolutely adorable little girl has some, and then a little to spare! AUDREY is so funny - She goes through little spurts of being "shy" and won't say 2 words to me, and when I ask her a question she will whisper so quietly, it cracks me up! Wanna know one of my favorite things she does that makes me SMILE?? Ask her how old she is and she will reply "Seben" with the most serious look on her face, then when we laugh - she gave us this look like "Ugh, you guys are SO annoying" HAHAHA!

SIENNA is our next niece - she is such a doll! She just turned 3, but looks and talks like she is 4 or 5 {She is in 5t clothes!} She is so dang funny and has so much personality! It's so entertaining to see her with Michael - he loves to tease her, for example, at her birthday party - she had a balloon or something and he said "Hey, that's my balloon!" She didn't respond - just gave him a super duper fantastic STANK FACE! It was hilarious!

MATEO is our youngest nephew - and he is absolutely HILARIOUS! He has Michael wrapped around his little finger! He talks so much, and he has the cutest little voice - and I absolutely love how he pronounces things {Especially my name ;)}... every time I take his picture he has to see it after, and he get the biggest SMILE looking at himself which makes me SMILE too!

Our youngest niece is little Mrs. ELLIE she melts my heart - she has the best SMILE and gives the sweetest kisses {If you're lucky enough to get one!} She has the cutest little voice, and I especially love when she sings! So soft, you have to lean in to hear her... awww, she absolutely makes me SMILE!

I bet you thought that was all of our nieces and nephews! But nope, we are SO lucky, we have one more of each!! Our "honorary" nephew and niece two of my besties adorable kiddos!

Mr. BEAU is Camille's adorable son! He is such a little sweetheart - I love his hugs! He doesn't give out his SMILES to just anyone - so when I get one, it makes it even that much better, because I know I've worked for it :).

MORGAN is Jenna's freaking cute little girl! She is seriously so darling! I cannot get enough of those chubby cheeks and arms! She has fallen asleep on me twice now *SIGH* love it! Such a precious little baby girl!!

Michael and I are so lucky to get to have so many fun and adorable kiddos in our lives! And guess what?! I just got a message that my Sister-in-law is going into labor with her third boy! So that will give us a grand total of 8 Nieces & nephews!! How lucky are we?!

Being an Auntie totally and completely makes me SMILE!!!
