{New Years Eve}

2011?!?! What the?! Where did 2010 go?!

We rang in the New Years with great food and FANTASTIC people!!

For the 4th year in a row, we spent New Year's Eve

our dear friends, LaShae & Noah!

We started the evening at my FAVORITE

restaurant - Tsunami!

LOVE Sushi!!

Then we headed back to our place to open our Christmas presents:

*Michael got Eat Like a Wild Man cookbook!

*Noah got a knife kit, & the book 127 hrs!

*LaShae got a scarf & necklace!

*I got a super cute top & The 5 Love Languages book!

We talked for hours!
{There is so much to catch up on, when you only see your
good friends twice a year because they live in North Carolina!!}

And then we welcomed 2011 with a kiss...

Christmas 2010!

Michael and I have the tradition to go to Michael's family on Christmas eve,

then to my parents on Christmas day for brunch!

CHRISTMAS EVE:

We had a delicious dinner of soup and bread bowls... then for the fun part:

Opening presents!!!

And playing with the new toys:
(Michael had to come straight from work, thus the work clothes ;))

Michael is such a great Uncle, he teases, plays, and then teases some more!

CHRISTMAS DAY:

Michael and I woke up early {8:30 :)} to do our Christmas!

(Haha, it looks like I got so much more than him - He got lots too, promise!! I just like to lay mine out - He just didn't want to play that game - I was lucky he let me take a picture!! :))

Then we headed over to my parents where we had a fantastic brunch
And opened more presents!!

Blast from the Past {#2}

DISNEYLAND!!

In October of 2006 Michael and I went to Disneyland with his family... It was my first time going and I was SOOOO excited!!

We chose a bitter-sweet time to go in October: the Halloween decor is INCREDIBLE! BUT... we went during UEA weekend, so it was packed!! Over all though, we had a blast! I'm definitely sold on Disneyland!

I'm SO ready to go back!! We went to DisneyWORLD last year... but I'm definitely a DisneyLAND gal... {No humidity!! :)}

P.S. These were the days before the digital camera... oh yeah - all these gems were taken with a disposable camera! HAHA!
